Row A: 1) Upper
ornament terminates over "T" of "POSTAL". Upper numeral "1" long.
2) Upper left ornament
terminates over "S" of "POSTAL".
Lower "C" on right of circle and in low position. 3) Lower left side ornament
below letter "U" of "REPUBLICA"
is small and touches the circle. 4) The "N" and "P" of "UNION" and
"POSTAL" very close. 5) Inverted
"V" for "A" in "SALVADOR". Shading lines around the volcano thin.
Row B:
6) Wide spacing between "L" and "S" of "DEL" and "SALVADOR". 7) Upper and
lower "C" heavy
and thin respectively and both
on left of circle. 8) Lower "1" with a fine horizontal line on its barb.

is tall, low and well centered
