adhesive for proper 2c Interior Card Rate.

STA ANA to LONDON                          DECEMBER 7
1c Blue on greenish brown with borders removed uprated with
2 x 1c on 30c Surcharges. Re-directed to PRUSSIA,
received EINBECK, January 7, 1896.

SAN SALVADOR to CARACAS, VENEZUELA
2c Green on pink, uprated to proper 3c rate. Postmarked February 27.
