FIRST VOLCANO ISSUE

This cover would certainly find a page in my collection
if only the stamps were tied.


This  came with an affidavit from the grandson that wrote this letter
attesting that the stamp belong to the cover.
Sadly, such testaments and certifications are not valid if  issued
by individuals or organizations deemed acceptable by the FIP.


This one was offered to me years back. Again the stamp
is not tied to the cover.

I will not buy this cover even if the stamp were tied to it
because of its condition.
